Easy Healthy Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan

Looking for an easy healthy meal? I got you covered! This meal comes together in an hour or less depending on your knife skills.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into bite sized chucks
  • 1 red onion, cut into bite size chunks
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained.
  • Hawaiian BBQ Sauce

Directions

  1. Cut up pepper, onion, and chicken and place in a large bowl with pineapple.
  2. Add 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and stir to coat.
  3. Spread into single layer on sheet pan. I prefer to line my pan with foil for easy cleanup!
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Add more BBQ sauce if desired!
