Looking for an easy healthy meal? I got you covered! This meal comes together in an hour or less depending on your knife skills.
Ingredients:
- 2-3 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into bite sized chucks
- 1 red onion, cut into bite size chunks
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained.
- Hawaiian BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Cut up pepper, onion, and chicken and place in a large bowl with pineapple.
- Add 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and stir to coat.
- Spread into single layer on sheet pan. I prefer to line my pan with foil for easy cleanup!
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Add more BBQ sauce if desired!
